The news was unexpected as it was announced on Saturday that 34 year old Yumi Yoshimura from the hit group Puffy, had gotten remarried on New Years Eve. Yoshimura’s new husband is a 29 year old business man and they have been friends for about seven years. However, the pair didn’t start to seriously date until this past September. The new couple registered their married on December 31st but because of their busy work schedules it seems like there will be no plans for a wedding ceremony any time soon.
From 1999-2002 Yoshimura was previously married to popular pop musician Takanori Nishikawa (T.M.Revolution and abingdon boys school). In 2006, Yoshimura was said to be in a very serious relationship with the actor Nao Omori but they broke up in August 2009 just before dating the business man.
Well I wish Yumi a healthy marriage this time. Too bad. I think Takanori was an interesting catch. Wonder what went wrong with that relationship. Hope the business man can handle it.
